EV Safe® Certification Pilot at Mazda

Last week we had the opportunity to introduce AVTECC to Mazda's Technical Training team in Somerset, New Jersey.

During our visit we piloted our new hands-on EV Safe Certification with Mazda's instructors. 

Piloting a certification exam is critical in ensuring the exam is legally defensible and built on a psychometrically sound process. After the exam concluded we asked for feedback from the instructors to help fine-tune our process and test instrument. 

This was a win-win for our organizations as we gained critical validation from an OEM while providing Mazda's instructors with a new certification.
